  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or regular
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Method
 

Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice.
  2. Add garlic powder, paprika, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Taste and Adjust
  1. Taste the spicy mayo and adjust the seasoning or spice level as desired.
  2. If you want it spicier, add more sriracha.
