  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 2 cups crisp romaine or butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions (grilled or fresh)
  • 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or heat a skillet on the stove.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with salt and pepper. Shape into four equal patties, about 1 inch thick.
