- Salt & pepper to taste

- Stir in minced garlic and diced bell peppers; sauté until peppers are tender (about 4-6 minutes).

- Sprinkle in cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika; stir well to coat the mixture (about 2 minutes).
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before removing from heat.
