 - 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions

 - Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
 - Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream, scraping the pan's bottom to incorporate flavor bits. Bring to a gentle simmer.
 - Combine: Add sliced chicken and drained pasta to the sauce. Toss until well coated.
