- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet until fully cooked (6-8 minutes per side), then shred.
- Mix shredded chicken with half the enchilada sauce and half the cheese.
- Layer enchilada sauce at the bottom of the dish, followed by tortillas, half the chicken mixture, another layer of tortillas, and remaining chicken mix.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil for the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
