Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes), then add minced garlic for an additional minute.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet; cook until browned and fully cooked (6-8 minutes).
- Stir in diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
